On June 8 we  recognized Joe Houghton for his over 30 years of volunteering for our organization.  Joe was the treasurer for 23 years and serviced 12 years as our president.  Joe over the years has been involved with Window Painting, our Residential and Industrial solicitation, the Walkway to the future at the high school and Recycling at the Mansfield Green.  Through his leadership we have given over $1.3 million to 1950 students.  As a treasurer he has helped us grow the funds by $1.8 since 1993.
